Overcrowded Pines Boulevard and Miramar Parkway should get a significant relief when the bridge that will overpass I75 is completed. The construction will be completed in 2 phases and it is planned to be completed some time in 2016. Phase I will cover the approaches to the bridge and the phase 2 will be the bridge itself. Second phase will be done together with the Florida Department of Transportation(FDOT)’s I-75 Express Lanes project. The City of Pembroke Pines received the bids for Phase 1 on November 13th 2013 and first proposals were handed out to FDOT on January 14th 2014. According to Pembroke Pines City Connect, the Mayor of Pembroke Pines, Mr. Angelo Castillo is very happy to see how the bridge plans are progressing after numerous delays.
This project is very likely to reinforce the growth shown in real estate. If you are thinking about selling, now is a good time.
